It is with deep sadness we acknowledge the passing of Marty Sklar. For more than half a century, Marty has been instrumental in sharing the magic of Disney-themed entertainment with people around the globe. Marty, Disney Legend and Walt Disney Imagineering Ambassador, who, in addition to working directly with Walt Disney, was a leading Disney creative force contributing to each of the eleven parks around the world. Last year, Marty was awarded the Diane Disney Miller Lifetime Achievement Award and was a member of The Walt Disney Family Museum’s Advisory Committee. Marty’s imagination will be deeply missed. Our condolences are with his family and friends during this time.
